2-14 Another chance at the #1 pick in 2014 and our true franchise QB.

He reminds me more of Flacco. Quiet, reserved, wins games.
Smith is nothing like Flacco. Smith is a noodle armed game manager and Flacco has one of the best deep balls in the league. They couldn't be more opposite. |

2011 stats: 3.4 TD/Int. and QB rating of 90 QB B 2012 stats: 2.2 TD/Int and QB rating of 87 2011 stats: 1.6 TD/Int and QB rating of 80 Who do you take? QB A would be Alex Smith, while QB B is Flacco (reg season stats only) While it is true that Flacco throws a better deep ball, their stats would suggest that over the last 2 years Alex Smith has been the better QB, minus the ring of course. My point was that neither were flashy, headline making, QBs. Instead they just go about quietly doing their jobs, never get any love/media coverage as elite QBs despite making the playoffs and winning more often than not. |

I voted the bottom one. But, because of poll fail, I just felt like it was the closest thing to what I really feel like.
I will be back to boycotting the KC chiefs with my wallet, watching them on Sundays but no gear, no games, no sunday ticket, and talking shit on CP. |

My expectations is for the Chiefs to get a QB that can put up 35 to 45 points a game and do that from having a potent passing attack because that is what wins games in the National Football League.

You could get similar performance in Jason Campbell, and for a lot less money probably.

By committing to him like this, there is no learning year. It's win now and win big.
