Who do you think will be our Day One starter at QB next season?

Poll to follow unless I intentionally throw it into the ground to avoid a turnover.

I think Matt Hasselbeck could be our guy, as a dark horse move. We draft a quarterback in the first round, release Cassel for p.r. reasons, and sign Hasselbeck to a 1 or 2 year contract to mentor the Arrowhead messiah.

That was my thought - Hasselbeck or Moore.

Alternatively, Tony Romo's a darkhorse candidate if Dallas can't get him re-signed. Clark has a shitload of money he'll have to spend and throwing some scratch at someone like Romo that could pull us off his stench may be just the trick.

Whatever happens, I'm sure it will piss me off when all is said and done. Pioli is incapable of doing the right thing, even when he does the right thing.

I chose an older veteran backup for another NFL team, not otherwise named. It has been the Chiefs way for longer than I can remember.
