Planet Football Picks Are Unavailable

Just wondering why I can't seem to get through to make my weekly picks? If they remain unavailable, can I post them here?

Lets hope it's just a problem tonight and that it's fixed tomorrow.

I've never experienced this problem before. I always make my picks the same time each week - always on Friday evening - a full 2 days before the games.

I think everyone's having this problem (those who haven't yet posted as of today, at least). I always wait until Friday or Saturday to make my picks also. Hopefully it's fixed by tommorrow.

Are ya'll getting the "not available" message also (where you normally click on "edit"?
FYI - it was like that on Thurs. also.

I'm seeing the same thing. If it's not fixed by early tomorrow, before gametime, I think we should post our picks here and let the admins work it out.

I had trouble last week too. I was unable to access the picks until Friday or Saturday. When I was able to finally make my picks, I opted to make the picks for this week as well.

The problem last week was a little different though. When I would try to go to "my picks" it would show "sorry, week 9 pics are closed" or something similar. Now it will open the page but shows that the "Not available" where the edit/view usually is.

Something else that is kind of strange is that, where the pick deadline dates are, it says that the deadline is Sun. Oct.8 at 9:30a.m.ET from week 6 all the way until week 17. Do some of you show the same thing for the pick deadline?

Mine shows the same thing Dan, but it's been that way for the last 2 to 3 weeks as well. Until this week, I haven't had a problem posting my picks, except for the fact that I've stunk up the joint!

Other than week one when Bob Dole went with the original plan of picking at Yahoo and missed that they were here, Bob Dole has experienced no difficulty.

Bob Dole thinks it's a conspiracy.

Just so that everyone will know, I wasn't able to pick last week or this week ~ so I figure I'm already out of the running (that's my excuse and I'm sticking with it).

As a Moderator I have no control over this part of the web site.

Since the Planet picks seem disfunctional, I think we should declare the Yahoo site to be the official pick'em site of the board. This recommendation has nothing to do with the fact that I'm in 5th place on the Yahoo site. [img]http://www.ChiefsPlanet.com/ubb/smile.gif[/img]
