Rocksteady is hoping to raise the bar even higher on what will be its final Arkham game. Set after the events of Arkham City, Batman: Arkham Knight may just end the Dark Knight's journey.

As you've probably guessed from the cover imagery, the Batmobile is finally a core element of the gameplay. An entirely new area of Gotham City, far larger than Arkham City, has much wider streets to accommodate the new driving gameplay that is designed to integrate smoothly with Batman's gliding and grappling traversal. Batman chases down super villains Scarecrow, Penguin, Two-Face, Harley Quinn, and more.

Arkham Knight will release later this year on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.

Dick Grayson (aka original Robin/Nightwing) when he gloriously becomes Batman

(also, IGN and Polygon and pretty much every other internet outlet regurgitating this shit is reporting the skin as "classic Neil Adams 70s grey/black Batman" which is completely laughable. It's clearly Morrison/Quitely's design from Batman & Robin. The dual band gauntlets and belt design were specifically made for Grayson's batman outfit to set make him distinguishable from Bruce's)

game-technical-wise they have to use the same skeleton/base model (since it's a *skin* for Batman and not Nightwing) but yeah the design is explicitly the Dick-bat-outfit >____<

So, it sounds like based on the game play and control issues, that I'd have as much fun playing it as watching one of those youtube 3 hour recordings of someone completing the whole game.

I've been doing that for one-player games for the past couple years. I just can't justify dropping $60 for two weeks of gameplay.

The older I get the less time I have to play. I'm coming out of semi retirement for the next MG, which just so happens to be dropping on my birthday. I'll still play but with a heavy lean on sports games and the like you can enjoy for an hour or two here and there.

The youtube videos are the equivalent version of video game cliff notes.

Yeah, as annoyed as I am with Destiny and its total lack of a story, its still my go to game when I just want to go shoot shit. Its the best FPS mechanics out there and I'm getting better every day with it. Did PoE 34 x3 last week and was right there with the other two on total kills but my KD was much higher than theirs.
