Hey Niner douchebags...

The QB you kept is 1-2. The QB you traded is 3-0.

That is all.

I have to disagree with you about Alex being bad his 1st three years.

Alex had a great year his 2nd year and was really coming along without a lot of weapons surrounding him and not much for a starting line.

In 2006 he threw for 2,900 yards and 16 TDs with a QB rating of 75. Not stellar numbers, but not bad at all for a 2nd year QB who missed half his rookie season.

No, Alex was really coming on strong his 2nd year. Then he wrecked his shoulder early in his 3rd year and it was all downhill from then until Harbaugh salvaged his plummeting career.

But it is not accurate to say he was crap his first 3 years. He was really good in his 2nd year, which was only his 10th through 25th NFL starts.

Luck had 23 TDs & 18 INTs his rookie year, with at least Reggie Wayne on his team. Alex had Arnaz Battle and Eric Johnson. Right, WHO?

FWIW, I would ceraintly expect a generational talent like Luck to post better stats his first 16 starts than Alex's starts 10-25. That said, you are wrong that Alex was terrible his 2nd year. He was good and improving. He did struggle a bit his 3rd year before the shoulder separation so there is no knowing if his 3rd year would have been as good or been worse. I won't speculate.

But no, Alex had a good 2nd year.

Luck looked pedestrian his FIRST year.

Not his third.
And fourth...

He was terrible and climbed up to ALMOST respectable.

In what world is a 1/1 ratio of TD to INT even close to good?...

We don't need the Alexscuses with Kaepernick. All we need is to watch him accelerate through his learning curve and enjoy the next 10-12 years as he achieves elite status. Yesterday isn't his last bad day and probably won't be his worst game.

Knowing that he will be an elite QB makes it so we don't need any stinking excuses for when he plays badly. There is no doubt that he wasn't alone in failing. After Boldin, the WR corps sucks and that isn't going to change this year. Let's get Patton his snaps and lets see whether Kyle is trash or not. Time for Kyle to put up or ship out.

We don't need excuses like the Alex fanbois do and nobody wants to hear them -- not here, not on the 49ers board.

Kaepernick has struggled & played poorly the last 2 games after being money against GB. We know what we have in Kap. Let it play out and enjoy the ride to a couple of Lombardis the next decade.

This.

Kaep's top end is much higher than Smiffs.

Period.

Short term Smiff was a much better option than any of the rookies out there. You're ****ing reeruned if you can't see that.

And I was dead wrong in not seeing that.

And that said he's still warming the seat until we can draft our Kaep...

Snoopy is a bit on the bi-polar side. He changes his views and allegiances frequently. He is what he is so leave it alone. I think it is funny when he says Alex is mediocre then plays him up, says Kaepernick has great potential then bashes him, says he is a 49ers fan then cheers their losses, hates the coach, hates the QB.

Snoopy loves Alex first and foremost and everything revolves around that. We are all strangers on an electronic bulletin board pounding our chests in anonymity and acting superior. Welcome to the interwebs.

Right now there are no excuses for "Alex fanbois", how many times does this have to be said? There are no excuses when you're winning. Kaepernick could end up being Tebow for all we know but you're here spouting your opinions of him becoming elite because he was the QB you decided to be a fan of. All your assumptions look silly right now because the dude is playing less than mediocre and since you think Alex is mediocre it must be safe to say he's better than Kap. Make sense of that shit!

I'm sorry, I must have missed it when Ron Jaworski said that Cam Newton has all the tools to be the best QB of all time. But he said that about Kaepernick.

Maybe you missed it when Terrell Suggs said that Kaepernick is the "truth" and that he would play in a few superbowls. Here, I will remind you...

"“Going into the game, I thought it was all hype,” Suggs told Jim Rome. “He’s only had nine starts and then I’m going down the line at the teams he’s playing and I’m like ‘OK, alright, he’s got some good stats, but we will see.’

“When you go in there and you’re playing a guy like that, I hate quarterbacks, but that kid is the truth and I have the upmost respect for him,” Suggs said. “I don’t think he needs to hold his head down at all because he’s going to play in a few [Super Bowls].”

I must have missed Suggs saying that about RGIII.

I could fill the page with similar quotes from players and ex-players.

Your love for Alex and hatred for Kaepernick just makes you look ****ing silly. And stupid.

Like I said, he could end up being the next Tebow. You must have missed where I said something about "opinions". Just like you those guys that you quoted stated theirs and it doesn't mean that they are right. So far it's a fact that Kaepernicking is just as popular as Tebowing. We aren't seeing any of it at all.

Purposely, didn't even acknowledge your earlier posts, because you asked me not to address you, yet you cant keep me out of your mouth. Which way do you want it Kaep ball juggler?

Just let me know?

And you are incredible. Kaeps second year, and he looks worse than he did during his rookie preseason, yet you sit here and talk about how he is just gonna get better.

NO. Its the exact opposite. The league figured him out. And yes, I absolute hate Kaep, and the very much like a cult following you turds have become. All the HILARIOUS excuses that he is getting. Now to even blaming the DEFENSE. The same defense that kept the 49ers in the seattle game, and in this game till late the 4th quarter.

Frank Gore is exceptional out of the backfield, as is kendall hunter. Nice try though lol.
