Pass defense is the Achilles' Heel of Pembroke Pines. When we get the INTs, our bend but don't break style works, but when we don't it kills us. I expected to have better luck rushing the QB, but that seems to not be the case.

A division championship seems unlikely at this point so I'm hoping to hang on for a wildcard spot.

The LA Knights finally delivered the kind of performance I was expecting.

520 yards of offense
170 yards rushing
10 sacks
7 turnovers
37 minutes TOP

Too little too late though as I'm officially eliminated from the playoffs.

Anchorage had a must-win game, and somehow I didn't get their lineup updated, though I swore that I did. I must've gotten distracted, and it was the worst week possible to miss it. They ended up missing their #1 WR, #1 RB, #2 CB, and #4 CB, and got blasted. That's really annoying.

Provo got blown out in a must-win game, and Seattle was the team that killed Anchorage even though it was a meaningless game for them. This season is ending up as a dud for my teams.

I wonder if you lost your internet connection while setting your line up. The web page would look like positions were getting updated, but they wouldn't get saved to the database.

I also wonder if that is what is causing our dropping digits problem on the offensive game plan page...

Hmm, perhaps that could be the problem. However, it could be pilot error. I remember being all excited that McCoy was coming back, but I definitely didn't know that Kendall Wright and Dennard were out. So it's possible or even probable that I got my weeks messed up and did a lineup for the wrong week.

It's painful to lose a playoff spot in that manner, though.

Lineups are available for game planning. Sims on Sunday.

Sioux Falls locks up a playoff spot.

The division is on the line in our game against Pembroke now.

Looks like I will have to bench Reggie Bush for that or he'll be broken next year.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that you'll start Jay Cutler over future Hall of Famer Chad Henne this time.

Alas, with Pomona playing the Lexington Doormats, the best I can realistically hope for is 2nd place, even if I somehow knock you off.

And the team that peaked too early continues it's decline.

best now to hope for a first round loss and better draft selection because this team isn't going anywhere in the playoffs. I am still absolutely baffled by the 3rd down conversion %. Unbelievably bad.

Anchorage, Provo, and Seattle are evaluating our draft needs.

Okay, we need to go 4-0 to end our seasons on a high note. Anchorage, Provo, and Seattle in League 2 and Duluth in League 1. Make it happen, cdcox.
