Time to trade Dwayne Bowe
I don't care to who. It just needs to happen.

Many people aren't going to like this and that's fine.

But for the amount of money this guy is making....overall he's done more harm than good for this team. Not to mention who knows how long he'll get suspended for after his court ruling.

Today was the last straw for me. He really played like he just didn't care. Yes the ref completely missed the grabbing of the jersey, but Bowe's effort today was terrible and It's been at best sub par all season.

Bowe doesn't have elite speed. Ok so he's a possession receiver...problem is he can't catch the damn ball. Whether or not the stars align for us, reality is, is that this team was still in contention for HFA and a 1st rd bye in the playoffs. Bowe doesn't care. he just wants to point to his ****ing name on the back of his jersey and think he's a badass.

**** Dwayne Bowe. I'm tired of his shit and lackluster play.

At this stage of his career he's perfectly cast as a #2, i fully expect that's where he'll be in 2014 and i'm fine with that.

But its high time for some speed, what i wouldn't give for a greasy fast, turn on a dime Steve Smith clone.

I was looking at a FA WR list earlier. If the names were right (I didn't feel like verifying them all), there are some quality players who might spring loose.

Nicks is the right age and puts up some yards.
Jacoby Jones is fast but too close to 30.
Manningham isn't terrible, not too old.
Meachems too close to 30.

Off that list i'd still take Maclin, he has the skill set i think would best suit Smith and he could seamlessly step into Reids system.

that's the highest paid #2 WR in the league, like worse than Miles Austin. You are basically saying, we have to hit on a #1 WR in the draft cheap because we won't have any cap room to sign one in FA.

Morgan has only 20 catches this season. His best season he caught 52, so no, he's not a better option than Avery.
