I actually came here to start a thread about things you'd thought you'd never get to see again outside your imagination, until youtube, starting with Foreman -v- Clooney.
That fight is what made me a heavyweight fan [hey, I was a kid of the 80s without cable and CERTAINLY without PPV]. What George does at 7:14 and how he followed up at 7:37 was about the baddest assed thing I'd ever seen to that point in my life. As for more conventional TV fare, Johnny's farewell speech still puts a lump in my throat, "I bid you a very gracious and heartfelt goodnight." [actually, TBH, my favorite all time Johnny moment was in his last season on just a regular night. A joke fell like a dud and he looked around and said 'eff it, I'm out of here soon' and did the 'Greek Bird' ie, 'eff you' by swinging his left arm up as his right hand bent his left elbow and his left hand formed a fist, . . . you old timers surely remember the Mediterranean version of the middle finger. Sipowicz' 'ispa this you pissy little bitch' was the best premiere scene of a series, Sia's 'Breathe Me' scene to end 6 Feet Under brings forthright and adamant tears, Elvis Costello breaking into 'Radio Radio' on SNL ****ing rawked, a million different things on Hill Street Blues that changed television forever, Buffy 'The Body' & 'Once More with Feeling,' But if I had to pick JUST ONE P.S. - another that sticks to me to this day is the look on Sandra Oh's face as Cristina when she looked at Dr. Burke realizing she had effed up in the OR in season one. I've never seen the verisimilitude of despair as realistic until or since on network TV.

I can't find it anywhere to link, but the end of the first season of the shield, with Coldplay's Trouble playing through the closing montage.

The episode of Martin called, "Your Arms Are Too Short to Box" where Martin and Cole go to the midget bar may be my favorite sitcom scene ever.
