Hope you guys aren't expecting Reid to tell you his plans for the draft. He won't This guy plays it way too close to the vest. You won't learn anything from this presser other than he is our new HC.

I'm not expecting him to divulge much.

I am looking forward to the new direction though.

I kind of feel like we just sent through the last scene from Disney's Beauty and the Beast. The scene where Belle tells the Beast she love him and the spell is lifted. The darkness that surrounded the whole castle turns from dark and gloomy to bright and sunny.

That's kind of where I feel like we are at. Pioli, and his shadows of darkness that he cast over the entire orginazation, is gone, and brighter days are here. And I am just anxious to get a glimpse of the brighter days ahead.

And this is a problem how? The Chiefs made the playoffs during all but one of Marty's years as the team's HC. We need to work on getting back into the post season more than just once every 4-5 years.
