I thought they would win three or four games, so they've been worse. Now, I'd put the over/under at 1.5 wins.

Eh. The W-L isn't really important at this stage of the game. .

When they're on, they're way better than I expected. When they've got their heads up their asses, worse.

I'm not sure I've ever seen such a bipolar team.

Pretty much how I feel. I think we SHOULD be 3-1, but really the record is irrelevant to me. Definitely have seen some "team" improvement. Hasn't translated to wins, but definite improvement....which is about all I hoped for.

More disappointed in what I've seen out of Christ thus far than I expected to be. Really thought that his problems would be more on the receiver end than his end.

Can someone who understands defensive schemes better than me explain to me exactly how the **** playing a 10-12 yard cushion on receivers is better than playing closer or bump and run? By the time the ball is snapped, our DBs are already backpedaling and getting shredded for 8-10 yard gains on EVERY passing play. I understand that you've got to keep them in front of you to prevent the big play, but giving up a first down every other play from wide open pass into the flat can't be any better.

I've questioned it for years. No idea why they give that much of a cushion on every single play.

I'd bet $100 that ku won't win another game. Their best chance would be ISU at home. That said, ISU will be playing for a Bowl game, and I doubt they lose focus of that and get beat by ku. They are playing to get player experience and create depth for 2013 and beyond at this point. Everything else is meaningless.
