Zenger wanted to make a splash. If there is one thing Weiss can do at 350 pounds, its make a big splash.

I got the news of this from somebody else initially. They asked me what I thought of Charlie Weis. I said, if he's replacing Todd Haley, I'll grow to like to him. The guy then told me that nope, he was replacing Turner Gill. I was stunned.

Suffice to say, I think that tells you how much I want Todd Haley gone and how little I thought of KU's chances of getting a high profile coach.

Time for Weis to take us back to the 'ship.

This is all rounding into form now. They bring in Jim Leavitt as the DC and wait until the stank on him wears off some more and when Weis burns things down you have Leavitt as your head coach. Not a bad way to get there and a good PR move to help "sell" this thing to the public.

I've heard all kinds of people say that this needs to be a "Bob Huggins for K-State" kind of hire, but I don't know that you can recreate what happened there and have it be contrived with hindsite being 20/20............maybe it'll work? Sure as hell expedited K-State's rise to relevance in basketball without a doubt.

Somebody needs to show mercy and take a shotgun to the poor chair in the Kansas head coach's office. Put it out of its misery

Jack and shit.
He went took a demotion to go to Florida. Supposedly, for his family.

The reality is that all the rumors about Todd being a jerk are true and that is why we have Muir as our OC.

He got lost leaving the airport in Kansas City. He asked the gas station clerk how to get to 435. The clerk told him that a few more Big Macs should do it.
