OK, many of us here was upset we hired Herm. He has done a good job of drafting, but coaching is his downfall due to poor Ass. Coaches, game management, game planning , etc.

If you were given a open checkbook to hire your staff, OC,DC, all coaches , Do you feel you could do a better job than Herm Edwards?

Who would you hire as your staff ? Vote and list your choices as coaches.

I'm willing to give Herm his chance, three years to rebuild this team with his players. Halfway through, I like the players he's brought in.
