Broncos' Clady to miss rest of season

The Denver Broncos will place left tackle Ryan Clady in season-ending injured reserve Wednesday, according to multiple reports.
The All-Pro suffered a Lisfranc sprain in the arch of his left foot in the final minutes of the Broncos' 41-23 victory over the New York Giants on Sunday.
The Broncos were hoping the anchor of their offensive line could return to protect quarterback Peyton Manning before the end of the season, but medical tests on Tuesday ruled that out. The normal recovery time from the Lisfranc injury is three to four months.
Chris Clark, who was signed Friday, will step in as Denver's starting left tackle on Monday night against the Oakland Raiders. Clark started 12 games for the Indianapolis Colts last season.

No doubt. Whoever fills in at LT is going to get away with some egregious holds.

It's Peyton Manning. Fox could field a turnstile (or a distant cousin in Jordan Black) at LT and he'll still be fine.

I don't wish injuries on anyone, or celebrate them, but it does increase our chance to win against the Broncos and to win the division. Which is always the first goal on the way to greater goals.
I think the Broncos as they are now with the injuries, etc can beat KC 80% of the time... weeks 11 and 13 will be interesting, hopefully. I believe Denver certainly wins in Denver and the odds will be in their favor at Arrowhead as well.

KC's offense still hasn't clicked ...

I don't think you realize just how high of a number 80% really is in the NFL.

Maybe the Donks beat the Raiders 80% of the time with the injuries as they are now. But the Chiefs, who as of right now appear to be the 2nd best team in the division? Definitely NOT 80%.

actually, I think the chargers are the second best team in the AFCW. As for this injury to the Broncos, it's huge. Clady, Koppen, Walton and Kuper, all offensive line starters, all injured. This offensive line is plagued with injuries but hopefully Kuper returns before the season is over.
