Have not played a ton of games, but my list would be:
Elder Scrolls: Morrowind (all were excellent) KOTOR (sequal was real good too) Mass Effect (all were excellent) Halo (first two were the best for me.. lost interest as they progressed) Fallout 4 (FO3 and Vegas were good also)

YES! Gordon ****ing Freeman!
Funny thing is that my daughter likes to play a game called Garry's Mod. Not really a game so much as a physics sandbox where you can construct whatever your heart desires, and use some insane mods from a huge online community. But it's based on Half Life models/characters/structures/levels/etc. I play the game with my daughter sometimes, and she'll be off in her little area of the map, constructing a hotel or recreating Five Nights at Freddy's or whatever. And I'll be over in my own map area, spawning headcrabs and zombies and battling it out as Gordon. Brings back memories, but she has no clue what it is.

Get your daughter indoctrinated into the world of Half Life when she's old enough. By the time she's about to graduate from college, they MIGHT release Half Life 3. |

He's in a Five Nights at Freddy's fan club at school....he and his friends created it. Guess what he's gonna be for Halloween? Uh huh....i bought one costume for him and another for my niece, who is also a huge fan. I don't know what that game did to these little kids, but they're obsessed.
