Buying a computer DVD burner..
I already have a stand alone burner and I'm looking to buy a good quality/low price burner for my computer.
Anyone have any suggestions on what one to buy and what software can I use to get around all the digital locks? Thanks in advance. |

Just got this one a few weeks ago and it works very well.
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...152-035&depa=1 For the software use Dvdshrink. http://www.dvdshrink.org/ I found this useful for instructions: http://www.dvdr-digest.com/articles/23_1.html |

Thanks for the suggestion - I purchased it off Newegg after reading the glowing reviews. I'll let you know what I think when I get it.

Yep..go for at least a 16x and a Dual Layer. No sense in buying obsolete technology.

Also, is dvdshrink the only software I will need to "backup" DVDs?

Is this a good deal?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...130306647&rd=1 Nero 6 ultra is like 90 bucks in stores. I'm wondering if there are any hidden strings attached on this one.
