Wireless 2.1 speakers?

Want to set up a pair of speakers in the living room that connect wirelessly to my PC, where I store all my music.

Want a good pair of speakers and not some trash. 2.1 is preferable.

Enlighten me, broskis.

Behold The Wirecutter which has become my favorite site for product reviews.

What wires are you looking to eliminate? Speaker wires or the wire connecting the computer to the amplifier/speakers?

I used AirPlay with an Airport Express in my front room and an AppleTV connected to the home theater in the back room. At this point I use a Jambox if I'm in the front part of the house and the AppleTV lets me get to my whole library stored in the cloud with iTunes match.

Other than that, Sonos might be something to look into although it's a little pricey.
