I don't usually watch this stuff, but I understand that winning is based on tapping out or basically a dude gets knocked the F out, right?

Why did the Russian dude win? I didn't notice anything he did that caused damage...?

It's either tap out or get your arm broken by hyper-extension. That is a whole level of pain unto its own.
