House conservatives prep push to impeach Rosenstein

House conservatives are preparing a new push to oust Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, according to three conservative Capitol Hill sources — putting the finishing touches on an impeachment filing even as Rosenstein announced the indictment of 12 Russian intelligence officers for interfering in the 2016 election.

House Freedom Caucus Chairman Mark Meadows, in fact, had the impeachment document on the floor of the House at the very moment that Rosenstein spoke to reporters and TV cameras Friday.

Conservative GOP lawmakers have been plotting to remove Rosenstein for weeks, accusing him of slow-walking their probe of FBI agents they’ve accused of bias against President Donald Trump.

They probably eventually will. It'll just be when. Good or bad the party is the direction that Trump took the party. It's become very traditional, and that's not for everyone. It's for more simpler folk and a simpler time

Once the other side of the aisle gets to where they either cut off they're crazy, or they get past a boiling point, they'll regroup. Trump's the party of yesterday. The left's the party of tomorrow. It'll calm down and become the party of today again. The party made up more of the students and the academics that are more adaptive and accepting of change will be more likely to prevail in the end

The students will grow up just like the ones that did in the sixties the last time that our country was all crazy. Getting jobs, buying expensive things like cars and houses, and having kids will do that. The aging right wing isn't sustainable in the long run. The loud and obnoxious boomers and older gen exers aren't going to be calming down. They are who they are

That's nuts.

Sessions could fire Rosenstein anytime he wants.

Trump could order Sessions to fire Rosenstein anytime he wants, but he won't.

He could also fire Sessions for refusing to fire Rosenstein, but he won't.

So this bizarro-land of impeachment is where we're left. If -- while Obama was POTUS -- far left Democrats in Congress were screaming to impeach the #2 guy at the DOJ who was supervising an investigation that could have led to Obama, what would you have thought?

We're in some kind of weird alternative universe with this nuttiness.

That's it. I'm done for now.
My thinking is all documents regarding the FISA warrant applications, all of them, should be un-redacted so the public can see them. And Mueller should show his hand right now.

We're talking about an attempt to overthrow a presidency. This shit has to stop.

I didn't even mention the reporter who was trying to get Facebook to ban Fox News, because I figured that would have been like clubbing a baby seal.
