Don't get me wrong, I'd rather have Bostic and Reddick over Alonso.

I also think he's going to be likely eaten up in the run game.

However, I want 2 ILBs who can cover. Just a personal thing, I suppose.

Well, if we get a second back and have a chance at Minter, you'll get the best of all worlds.:

Sleeper whom I really like as an ILB: Cooper Taylor. He played safety at Georgia Tech before transferring to the Richmond Spiders due to medical concerns. He has great instincts, size and length. Great tackler and always seems to be in the right spot.

If we get a 2nd back, that's who I hope we take. Immediate starter and gives us possibly the best LB corp in football.

Minter (and Bostic) paired with DJ would be studly.

I'm not going that far.

49ers, Pats, Ravens all have pretty ****ing top tier LBs.

Yea, after this draft, the 49ers will have the deepest defense in NFL history, i'm pretty sure.

This is what I did for the 9ers in the official mock:
1. Eric Reid, S, LSU
2a. Margus Hunt, DE, SMU
2b. Giovani Bernard, RB, North Carolina
3a. Dallas Thomas, OT, Tennessee
3b. Bennie Logan, DT, LSU
4a. Reid Fragel, OT, Ohio State
4b. Zac Dysert, QB, Miami (Ohio)
5a. Shawn Williams, S, Georgia
5b. Cornelius Washington, OLB, Georgia
6. Commings Sanders, CB, Georgia
7a. Rodney Smith, WR, Florida State
7b. Ryan Otten, TE, San Jose State
7c. Earl Watford, OG, James Madison
7d. Mike Catapano, OLB, Princeton

I mean, we are talking about serious depth. Catapano is a HUGE sleeper.

The 9ers absolutely do.

But with Minter DJ Hali and Houston? Damn, if they play to potential, I'd put them up there.
