Word on the street is that Palmer is not open to restructuring his contract. I predict he'll go somewhere like Arizona. McKenzie may draft a QB this year after all. Unless said QB really impresses I'd expect Pryor to start next year.

I'm not the greatest QB evaluator in the world but

Carson Palmer + 2.2 + 2014 2 > Alex Smith + 2014 7th rounder

If they get OT in the first and then get themselves a RB and TE with Fitzgerald and Floyd there....It's probably the best scenario Palmer could have to end his career.
