Here's the deconstructed recipe that's been around for years and is exactly like the real thing:


Big Mac Sauce

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons French dressing
4 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon finely minced white onion
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt


1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well.

2. Place sauce in a covered container and refrigerate for several hours, or overnight, so that the flavors blend. Stir the sauce a couple of times as it chills.

Makes about 3/4 cup.

Had a Big Mac not too long ago by accident. Was helping a friend and his wife was going to drive through a McDonalds and she asked what kind of sandwich I liked and I just said a #1 because that's usually just the standard burger at every fast food restaurant, but it's apparently a Big Mac at McDonalds. Not my favorite but it wasn't terrible.

that's amazing on Laz. It's funny - My mother used to work at this place and received a bunch of free Big-Mac (i've told this before on CP) promotional coupon cards in the mail-in error! Anyhow - yeah - she kept them (so proud Mom) -when i was a Sophmore (or so) in High School, I nailed free Big-Macs for like a month - about three times a week. 40-Hwy! True story! They seemed to taste even better.
