Just put your left hand fingers on QW and right hand on OP, type them as fast as you can and you can knock out .1 to .2 meters per second.

Better than what I tried. I finally just picked my monitor up and tipped it on its side to see if I could get him to fall 100 meters.

I was doing pretty well until that ****ing hurdle came along.



The key is to get down to one knee and drag yourself a metre at a time by pressing Q-O-W-P over and over again. If I weren't so hasty, I probably could have figured out a way to drag myself over the hurdle after knocking it down.
