Well, it wasn't bad. Wasn't great either. Aspects of the story were intriguing, but I'm a little bothered by some of the teeny bopper content. It's an odd contradiction considering that it starts with a bare boobed orgy. The music is really good again, but feels a weird out of its usual context. Apparently the polytheism vs the one true god storyline is going to be important again, and I can't help but wonder if we'll see more "angels". Overall, it was good enough to whet my appetite, but I don't think it's going to be what BSG was for me.

BSG Complete Series came out today on Blu-Ray and DVD

Use discount code "supersale" without the quotation marks to get an extra 25% off the price.

This makes the DVD version $134 and the Blu-Ray Version $165

Or if you have all the season on DVD already like me, you can get season 4.5 for $24 using the code.

I also picked up Dollhouse season 1 for $24. The sale lasts through Sunday.

I was a little disappointed with it. I was expecting more, like a "movie" with a new plot. Instead got one of those extended tv episodes that filled-in-the-blanks of the series... blanks that didn't need filling, IMO.

That matches what I've read review-wise. People seem generally disappointed.

No interest in seeing it. I get sick of these clowns trying to milk every cent they possibly can out of this show. It's over. Move on.

I think I agree in this case. I was looking forward to getting it, right up until the first review said it wasn't absolutely awesome. Loved the show, but don't go Darth Lucas and try to squeeze every last dime out of it. Have some *NEW* ideas.

Speaking of which, what is Ron Moore's and Co. next project? Anyone know?
