meh, I'd like give ez and co the benefit of the doubt that they are honestly discussing football stuff, and not blatantly trolling. If they wanna discuss football, i'm more than willing. It could have been an honest mistake on his part.

Or am I giving him too much credit?

Edit: People like Billay can go suck a goats testicle, however.

Perhaps HCCW choosing Kansas over SEC "powerhouse" Florida is just a bit too much for some to handle.

Wait a minute I was trolling? I was stating that it's ridiculous to think you can't win a title at Notre Dame with it's resources.

Yes actually he was. Wisky's special teams were atrocious this season.

What's your definition of good? Nebraska is 1 of 3 teams to start and end the year ranked each of the last 3 seasons and will likely field another top 25 recruiting class this year. That's pretty good.

Nebraska is a good team, I agree. But not as they were in the 90's.

So he was fired. Of course, there are no reports out there that actually state this as the case. But I'll take your word for it.

I agree with that but at the same time think it would be a mistake to ever expect that kind of success again. I do think they can get back to the NC once Bo matures a coach.

Part of the problem is the SEC is just owning most of the talent these days. KU has a very interesting strategy I can't think of a staff that has more NFL guys on it than KU's. Kids might avoid places like Kansas because of 20 degree weather and snow in the winter will now give a place like KU a 2nd look. I also think you guys have a chance to do something with recruiting in Kansas where in the past it seems like all the elite talent went out of state.

Yes because most head coaches hold dramatic press conferences to announce the firing of a lowly assistant, instead of telling him in private he should probably move on.

It is completely reasonable for an assistant to leave one of the best programs in the country for the same exact level of job at potentially the worst BCS program. Makes perfect sense.

Ignore Laz.

He's nothing but a whiny ****stain that has nothing to actually add to any discussion, so he just bitches when others do.

Compare his contributions to substantive discourse in this thread to any of the Mizzou or K-State folks and you'll see that they blow him out of the water.

Make your points and a few folks like Zeke, Pants, Plow and even Reerun will actually digest and discuss them. Wickedson will view them through a kinda ****ed up lense, but he'll still at least view them and attempt to respond, in his own special homer way.

Laz, Braincase, Stewie and a handful of remaining short-bussers will just complain that they're being persecuted and stalked through the KU thread by folks that actually pay attention to teams that aren't just the team they follow.

Just stick to your point and they'll eventually go back to gnawing on their own ears to entertain themselves.
