Putting down the bottle.
How many of you have done this? I'm starting to notice a pattern of me screwing shit up in my life and there always seems to be something involved.

Alcohol

I love drinking

But I'm sick of screwing up relationships and generally being a dumbass.

How many of you have done this? I feel like it's time (at least for a while) to cut the booze out of my life.

Any advice on what to do other than spend my weekend wasted drunk?

That's why I don't drink hard alcohol, I just get plain mean. I stick to beer and worry about hurting Simply Reds feelings when I call him ghey.

My friends drink about as much as I do. My main group of friends are good people. They just like to drink. A lot.


I have hobbies but we usually involve drinking with them. Golf? Grab a cooler of beer! Fishing? Better get a 12 pack! Poker? Better have a few to loosen up.
