Gus Johnson is a bit too boisterous for my taste, although I do like his basketball work. My gold standard is still Keith Jackson, who imbued every game he covered with a big-event atmosphere, even when it was just some nondescript PAC-10 game.

I like Gus Johnson but I think he's jumped the shark for some people. I wonder if the next generation will think of him the way many people think of Chris Berman now.

I don't mind Buck, I actually think he's very good technically at calling play by play, but I get why people don't like him, he can come across pretty dry. But I don't think he takes himself too seriously though, as we see here.

I have no issues with Joe but did not like his dad. Nance is ok but I would have paid whatever Enberg wanted for as long as he wanted. Enberg in my view is the best of all time by far.
