They're tearing apart PS4 Exclusives in the Reviews today. Knack especially, which is unfortunate because I was really looking forward to playing it. The only game they seem to have a consensus of great is Resogun. Polygon is being pretty cruel with their scores, giving the PS4 system itself a 7.5/10.

A lot of the gaming media has had these consoles and games over a month. They don't have to wait until launch day to start playing like everybody else.

I get that they don't want to make these systems backwards compatible for the purpose of selling new games for each system, but I think that's an incredible disservice to fans loyal to each respective brand.

Still...it's dumb to be reviewing them now IMO.

What's going to drive these consoles are the games, period.

I personally think the launch lineups for both suck...we won't start getting into the good stuff for a year or two.

I think it's unfair to judge either console for quite a while.

You won't be able to play physical DVD games but Sony has said they're going to try using Gaikai for digital BC.

The Launch games aren't spectacular for ps3, I was considering Killzone Shadow Fall but i'm waiting on that i think.

I think reviewing and rating a system overall now is def stupid. Give it some time for all the titles to release. I may be without a ps4 game for awhile
