Off Season Lets Talk Guns

Been a while since we had a guns n' ammo discussion.

Some of you are AR shooters Im sure. Im looking at a Colt 6920. Will be my first AR. Picked up a Glock this fall and really enjoy shooting it. Any feedback on that weapon?

Anyone else been in a buy/sell/trade mood with hardware?

What kind of Rem in .270 do you have?

UTG makes a quick detach side mount rail, so I could mount my Lucid red dot on it - not much need for distance precision on an AK, so I think that would be perfect.

I think I'll give these guys a call tomorrow.

Finally, my new AK ships tomorrow. Sadly, I probably won't have it in time for the weekend, but should get it delivered to my FFL on Monday.

Well, if you order from them, don't believe the "ships in 3 to 5 days" crap. I ordered two weeks ago and it's shipping tomorrow.

But the rifle has gotten excellent reviews, and I'm really stoked. The wife will be out of town next weekend, so I predict a good deal of gun play in my immediate future.

I have a Ruger P95, which is an older model but similar (except mine's single/double and the SR9 is double only). Not a bad gun for the money.

BTW, I checked Bud's and the SR9s are going for $407. If you're going to spend that, IMO, spend another $100 and get a Glock or a Springfield.

I thought Sons of Guns was stupid from the get go.But I had No ****ing idea just how STUPID!

#18 Neither Will or Stephanie
Submitted by Anonymous (not verified) on 2012-01-21.

Neither Will or Stephanie owns any piece of Red Jacket at all. They are both employees which is a fact. It is against the law to own a firearms manufacturer without an FFL and neither Will or Stephanie will ever be able to get an FFL ever again. That is why Will illegally converted the assets of Red Jacket Firearms Inc into Red Jacket Firearms LLC screwing an investor out of 10% of the incorporated business which there is a Federal Lawsuit pending on this.

Not only that, and this is a matter of public record, to avoid jail time for 10 missing firearms both he and Stephanie had to agree that they would not only turn over their FFL, they also agreed they would never own another firearms manufacturer and would change ownership of Red Jacket to someone with an FFL. This is where Vince came in.

They used him to take ownership of Red Jacket Firearms, He was listed up until recently as the sole proprietor of Red Jacket LLC. When he left Will's two ass kissing good old boys who run the CNC machine and track down ammo became the sole proprietor. Why do you think they had to buy Vince out? It is because he was the sole proprietor.

Instead of running your mouth about something you obviously know nothing about, I suggest you do a little research first because all you did here was make yourself look like a know nothing idiot. Google can be a wonderful thing on preventing yourself from looking like one, but that would be too easy wouldn't it.
