they will do what they did last round. Develop for the weaker console and port it to the more powerful console. so they will dumb down the ps4 ports but the ps4 exclusives will continue to be out of this world good.

That is the problem with developers now. Too lazy to develop for both consoles.

I disagree. While I agree that the XBox will once again hold the PS3 back overall on shared titles, I think more developers will now develop for the PS4. The ease of use for developing is supposed to be amazingly simple. Which is why PS3 got mostly ports, b/c it was harder to develop for, even though the challenges it presented were exactly what made it powerful.

I sure hope so. Drove me nuts knowing what the PS3 was capable of and continually seeing 3rd party titles look crappy because the developers didn't want to develop for each console individually.

The 40% rumor is garbage. The specs are almost identical for the two systems. PS4 fan bois have taken over the thread.
