Speaking of division rivals have you ever
or would ever cheer for one in the play-offs once the Chiefs have or had been eliminated?

Personally I've never given it a second thought until now as there is a part of me that would like to see Marty go on to do well if in fact the Chargers make the post-season.

Let me clarify my statement,this is only because Marty is in San Diego if he were with the Donks or Raiders no way in hell would I even consider this.

Thoughts?

I'd sooner cut my own eye out than root for Denver or Oakland. I, for some reason, don't have the same animosity for San Diego, but I still wouldn't root for them.......

I always cheer for our division rivals...to slam their team plane into a mountain.

You're all soft and cuddly about Marty right now because we haven't played him yet this year. After we lose to the Chargers you may not feel the same.

Never a division rival...I find myself pulling for other teams...I kind of like what the Steelers are doing. I like the Eagles a lot but I hate TO. So they are off my list.

The only time I would root for one of the other AFC West teams in the playoffs is if San Diego or Denver were playing against Oakland. Generally, the playoffs have always been about rooting against teams I hate the most since the team I follow hasn't won a playoff game since Harvey Williams was on the team.

Well, I always seem to manage to put my jealousy aside and root for the AFC West teams to go as far as they can if the CHIEFS don't make the playoffs. In a year like this one, when the CHIEFS are done early, jealousy is not a problem at all. Course, all bets are OFF during the season, and I want the CHIEFS do knock any AFC West team OUT if possible. But once the season ends, as I said, I'll root for our division rivals...

I hear ya ... if Denver is out, then I like to see other AFC West teams advance in the playoffs. I don't "cheer for" them, but it doesn't drive me crazy if they win. If it makes the division look good, I'm all for it.
