I know this is a couple weeks old but I just came across this.

-EA gives up license for NFL, but still makes Madden games.

-2k revives the NFL 2k series

-EA drops the awful NBA Live franchise

-EA focuses more on baseball and MVP Baseball makes a return.

If you really like baseball, you should simply get a PS3 or PS4 and play The Show. If fanboi proclivities prevent you from doing so, that's a whole different deal.

I don't think you read my previous posts. I have The Show for PS3. I was expecting an upgrade server wise on ps4 and was actually planning on getting one when The Show drops, but they don't have dedicated servers like MS does. Since nothing has apparently changed, I am guessing the awful connection I had on ps3 will be there on the ps4. If the connection is good, I'll pick up a ps4.

I guess I just don't get all these connection problems. My son plays on the PS3 and ps4 online all the time and never has issues with it other than the maintenance slots.

I shouldn't say the servers are completely awful, they're ok. It's just when it comes to a baseball game you need an almost perfect connection to play.

And about the family gamertag question you had, I don't know but I can check for you tomorrow.

I wish the show would take the pitching from 2k and get better commentary then it would be TOP notch
