playing not to lose

chiefs came out in second half playing not to lose like they did in the first 2 games. Gunther has got to learn to coach with a lead! No pressure d certinly sucked all day. I could have handled it better if there would have been at least one linebacker within 10 yards of the line. Bush sucks period! Next week I hope were trailing going into the 4th quarter.

In the Post game press conferance, GC said that they play call was to conservitive....

Maybe he is Finally getting it?

thanks For the info john didn't hear post game. Still steaming from what I feel was our worst execution of the season.

Gaz called this one repeatedly this week. He spoke early and often about his fear the coach's would revert to their bad old ways. I liked Raye's play calling in the first half, hated Kurt's 'efforts' in the second half.

Speaking of coaching, this is one time to revert to MARTY Shottenheimer's old 24 hour rule. Put this mess behind us, and really get ready to play the Rams. I hope Gun rattles some cages this week, I'd like to see us step up for the next game. No doubt that this loss hurts us, but there's still a lot of season left.

I think it's Gun who needs his cage rattled... Never SIT on a lead... It's a sure way to lose...

No fear of that coming with the Rams... If we don't try to score everytime we have the ball then the game is over already...<BR>

We might be the only team in the NFL who tries to run the clock out with 12 minutes left in the 3RD quarter.

Schottenheimer needs his playbook shoved up his arse sideways. That prevent zone garbage at the end has NEVER worked before, nor will it ever. For god's sake a dog knows when it craps on the rug 3 times and you whup it 3 times it itsn't supposed to crap on the rug right?
