started way late in this game, but started at 294.4 lbs. Today.....257.6 Have lost 36.8 lbs so far. 230 was my goal, but I am contemplating 220.

Yesterday was a horrible food day. 80 calories for breakfast, 800 calories for lunch, and God only knows how many for dinner. Plus, I didn't exercise. I will NOT slide back into old habits! Playing softball tonight, which will help a little. Must watch what I eat today. From now on, jogging in the mornings...EVERY morning.

Do you all weigh everyday? You know your weight can fluctuate. I used to do the same thing, and it drove me crazy. Down a few pounds one day, up a pound the next, down a couple the next.... On the days when I gained a pound, I would eat next to nothing. Eventually, after I lost the weight, I started eating again, only it was the same old crap I ate before.

This time, I'm not necessarily eating less, but I'm eating healthier. Exercise (most days). I also only weigh once every couple of weights. The lack of stress does wonders.

I usually weigh myself everyday but I only record my weight on Saturday's.

Yeah, it fluctuates though. Not worth driving yourself crazy over.
