Dirk can be a focal point for another 3-4 years. His game isn't dependent on athletic ability.

Their problem is even with D will as good as he is, they dont have a center thats worth anything. He doesnt have to be an offensive dude, but Chandler is a pretty damned good player defensively. That was a huge problem for them this year.

I guess Dallas wants to fork out 2 max contracts like the heat basically.

Great college players sometimes don't make good pros. Aldrich is a good example of that. It's not like that pick really hurt them at all considering Ibaka's presence, though.

And yeah, Dallas needed one of those games in OKC to go their way. Durant wasn't going to underperform forever. Could be a sweep now.

I watched like 6 minutes of the OKC/Dallas game last night.

Couple of things I noticed:

What's up with Cole's haircut?

And dude needs to work on his celebration. I saw Westbrook knock down a three and he was going crazy on the sidelines.

Honestly, Cole has looked good in some games this year. I think eventually he'll be a good defender off the bench. He's not worthy of the 10th or 11th pick or whatever they spent on him, but he will contribute. He hangs around Collison a lot so some shits bound to rub off. There's just not room for him to get minutes right now. He did look like utter shit last night though.

They had the interior defender they'd been looking for all this time, win a championship and let him go after one year. Plus, Barea was a huge matchup problem for teams. They had what they needed to win again or a CHANCE at some dream team. BTW, none of these manufactured teams have won yet, and they just beat one. I understand why he did it, but I don't think it was the right move.

Nugget fans are acting like the 1st quarter is the 4th quarter in game 7 of the finals.

Yeah we're ****ed. Noah's ankle looked bad despite the effort to come back. And yeah...that guy named Rose. Best record in the league all down the toilet again.

The Lakers better improve the road. I don't know how a veteran team with their pedigree sucks so bad away from home.
