Pretty alarmist, IMO, but possible.

Spoiler!

We live in the same state, though. Once you get into Martin/Palm Beach county which is a hundred miles north of Miami, the gas prices go up up like crazy. Gas in Jacksonville, Tampa, Orlando and Pensacola are all about the same but South Florida has always been crazy high compared to the rest of the state.

Yeah I wondered if the gas taxes have gotten to a point of perhaps county or city taxes being added on as well

Anyone make any lifestyle changes yet? downsized car? less driving? Cut back on meals, clothes, entertainment?

The average U.S. price of a gallon of gasoline has jumped 18 cents over the past two weeks.

That's according to the Lundberg Survey of fuel prices, released Sunday, which puts the price of a gallon of regular at $3.69.

Midgrade costs an average of $3.83 a gallon, and premium is at $3.95.

Of the cities surveyed, Denver has the nation's lowest average price for gas at $3.07. San Diego has the highest at $4.24.

In California, the lowest average price was $4.05 in Fresno. The average statewide for a gallon of regular was $4.18.

Crude is trading at $108.75 today, but it reached $110 last week.

Gasoline is at $3.65, although I filled up yesterday at $2.95/gallon.

Has Hussein apologized to the American people yet? Of course, he would never do that, only to our enemies.
