I will start.

How about people who argue with a base level employee about a policy? The receptionist didn't make the policy. She can't let you in without an appointment. She isn't going to risk her job just because you're an idiot and can't follow the policy like everyone else, or because you think you're special and policies don't apply to you. Becoming irate is not going to increase your chances, either.

Sitting at a stop sign. waiting to turn.

People who don't use their turn signal. You assume they're going straight so you wait. Then they turn just before you at your intersection oblivious to what they just did to you.

People who don't have their dog on a leash because it is friendly but they can't keep it under control.

My dog is also friendly (unless it is a big dog) but I have to have him on a leash because if I didn't he would take off chasing a rabbit and get lost. Also there are signs everywhere that say ALL dogs must be on a leash at ALL times. When your unleashed friendly dog approaches my dog he gets aggressive because he knows he is at a disadvantage. Things then turn ugly because they stand there and try to call their dog back and he just keeps coming closer to my pissed off dog that I am trying to hold back. This happens to me at least a couple of times a week.

Writing a check is no more inconvenient than using a debit card IMO. Like somebody else said, have everything filled out waiting for a total. JMO.

I generally use a credit card for purchases so I get the rewards. We just had to cancel a card because my wife left it at the gas station so we are just using a different credit card until we get the new ones. We miss out on the rewards but it isn't that big of a deal.

I also have cash in two different banks, so I could use a different debit card if I had to with no inconvenience.

I never have more than $20 on me in cash. If someone hacks my card, I'm out nothing. If someone takes my cash or forges a check, then it's gone.
