I think that Warhawk is a better multi-player game while COD4 in single player mode rocks.

The AC130 Gun Ship board is bonerific.

I may end up back here in a frustrated rage after going at it with the bluetooth but right now I'm holding out hope that it will go to plan. After the firmware update yesterday the interwebs runs smoothly.

i preordered MGS4 at gamestop and they gave me it!!

I just purchased one of these things. Joined the ps3 network, but I have no games. I will be getting a couple tomorrow. Any suggestions?

BTW, my name on there is bwillie007.

And how come it doesn't come with anything to hook the PS3 up to HD? I need to go out and buy a HDMI cable or something right? It looks like crap right now in SD

um, yes it wont come with HDMI so... go out and get the CHEAPEST HDMI cable you can find. DO NOT SPEND 80 - 100 bucks.. i repeat... do not spend really anything over 20. get the cheapest HDMI you can find. some have posted links to the online site that has them for like 15 bucks-ish. those will do.

as i said before (other than warhawk....

) COD4 is the safest bet. i havent played AC, C2 yet since i got them last night.

COD4 - "The" Title for the PS3; 100% Buy
Warhawk - Very fun Multiplayer game only; Rent it first
FIFA 08 - Fun Soccer; Rent first
MLB 08: The Show - Very fun; Buy if you love baseball, rent otherwise
NHL 08 - Fun Hockey; Rent first
Rainbow Six Vegas 2 - Haven't gotten too far into it (COD4 is way better); rent
Army of Two - Fun game, unfortunately haven't played too much; try and buy for cheap (Ebay)
Stranglehold - Fun run and shoot game; buy for cheap ($30 @ gamestop)
MX vs. ATV - Fun motocross game, great physics; rent (buy if you love MX)
Virtua Tennis 3 - Fun if you have 2 players; buy for cheap ($20 @ gamestop)
Resistance: Fall of Man - Fun game that came out as a launch title; buy cheap (ebay)
NBA 2K8 - Its a very realistic, technical basketball game; definitely rent if not don't even try it

1 Game that I owned and turned back less than a week after I bought and beat it is Lost: Via Domus.

I love the show lost, but that is the shittiest piece of shit I have ever played.

Games I am looking forward too:
MGS4 - Luckily my brother pre ordered it (he doesn't own a PS3, but he assumed he could use mine)
Little Big Planet - Looks like it could be fun
COD5 - Doesn't come out for a while, but interested to see if it can improve at all.

Cro, nights are good except for Wed's. thats the new night i have class. as for the HS i think that was network issues (meaning AO2's issues) im hoping there fixed.

thanks for the sysnopsys of your games, once i beat condemened2, assasians creed, and the MGS4 beta ill get RFoM

i would of just went through by myself and beat it but its way more fun with two.
