Is Clark even aware?

Would he care if he were aware? I'm wondering if we need to tattle on the idiots over at Arrowhead.

I haven't the time, but maybe if someone were to print all the kcchiefs.com columns in which Chiefs fans are insulted and degraded and highlight the specific lines that seem over-the-top. Send it to Clark in Dallas or where ever he's residing these days. Perhaps that would impact his offseason decisions.

Insulting the fan-base is so chicken-shit it's embarrassing. I wonder what would happen if I started insulting my customers two or three times a week. These homeowners are so stupid they don't deserve to even own homes. Wow.

Is this a dumb idea?

I think the behavior coming out of One Arrowhead is just pathetic. I've followed the Chiefs and NFL in general for as long as I've had access to a television. But I'm very quickly being driven to watch Saturday football and it has little to do with how badly my Chiefs are performing.

Expect it, I was just listening to 810 and they said they were sent a release that said "Carl and Herm will be available for an end of the season press conference"

Carl and Herm will convince him that all they need to do is shitcan a few coaches and bring in some new players. Clark will just kick the can down the road to 2009.

I doubt seriously that they are going anywhere, unfortunately.

btw - how in the holy f*** do you think the Kansas city Chiefs can have ANY fairweather fans left when the fair weather left 10 years ago?

What's your problem? You seem so angry. If you really feel so insulted by what the columnist for the Chiefs web site said then maybe he's right and you do need to find another team or something, because you obviously aren't going to just have fun and support the Chiefs win or lose.

It's the nature of our organization......Lamar Hunt had more losing seasons than winning seasons, he refused to fire people, his son is following right along in those footsteps.

No one really said bad things about Lamar because he was an old man who was dying and that seemed mean. But the Chiefs ownership is a serious problem they allow this to go on.

Ya know I just thinking that this shit wouldn't happen in college football. The boosters act as a sort of board of directors that will run a bad coach / AD off, even if the college president doesn't have a sack. Matt Millen and Carl Peterson would have been gone long ago.

Chiefs' fans want Carl and Herm gone, but have no way to convey that to an absentee owner without giving up their season-tickets. What Clark probably doesn't realize is that if he were to shit-can Peterson and Herm, he could RAISE ticket prices. In college, the boosters make sure the message gets across to the empty suits.

You can post things that don't imply that you need to be a fan of a different team if you don't agree with what the Chiefs do...The Chiefs deserve everything they get. They have the same GM for 19 years, they can't draft, they hired a shitty coach and the team has bottomed out, they got what they asked for.

So you like being just, "I hate Carl! I hate Herm! This team stinks!" "someone should protest! Then they'll see!" "They'll have to once we show them!" "Grrrrrrr!!!" "Even though my protest will have no discernible effect on the organization or how it's run, because it's not a democracy!" Rrrrrrrrrrroooarrrrr!!!!" "I'll stop watching....that'll show 'em."

No thanks.

Why should Carl keep his job? He's had 19 years, he'd have been fired years ago if this was any other team...

What more can you expect people to do? It seems like nothing short of Carl dying will get rid of him, he's like a Supreme Court Justice. And the team does suck, that's not being anything other than being honest...

I think if Carl was fired, and you saw a real new direction people wouldn't react nearly the way they do now.

Right, if some fans are second-guessing Belichick and Pioli, those fans are laughable. If some fans are second-guessing Peterson and Herm, they are probably right. There is a pecking order of GMs, and how is Carl not near the bottom after 15 years with zero playoff wins? He may not be incompetent in an absolute sense, but relative to his peers he certainly is.
