I'd participate in this thread but I think you're just trying to steal the limelight from jjchieffan, and that's just mean.

The tree and all the decorations (inside and out) have been up since Thanksgiving weekend.
The wife just finished the shopping today Now we can just sit back and enjoy the rest of the holiday season.

I can barely afford to get presents for everyone. I have my brothers present and that is it. Im a broke college student. Hopefully I can get a paycheck before X-mas or family will have to wait for presents from me.

I'm going to write a letter to my family explaining I had to buy the X-BOX 360 therefor I can not afford to buy anyone a gift. I think they'll understand just how important the 360 is..........

lol useing a Christmas thread to steal the limelight-now that is cold.
No I posted because it has been a lot of fun, and I was not in the Christmas mood yet. My kids took the lights I was going to put up on the outside, and decorated the inside of the house. It is a bit white trashy and over the top-but they are having a blast. The inside of the house looks like a casino now. |

That is when I shop too-no crowds, lots of cheap stuff left over nobody wanted-but the game is messing things up. 23rd for me as well.
My son pulled out the George Brett ornament and said "Look it says my name Brett and it has a five on there for me because I am 5" Dang that made my whole day. |

Last year Target and Walmart were pretty easy to get in and out of, but Toys R Us sucked, that place is a joke-nothing ever has prices on it.
