Finally get a chance to watch an interesting matchup on tv, FOX 8pm

Really looking forward to this one, it'll be a great chance to scout the donks...I'm particularly interested in seeing Chubb, Keenum and Kelly

And for the first time in roughly three decades, I kinda care about the Bears again, they have some very interesting weapons in Allen Robinson, Howard, Cohen and Trubisky... I hope Nagy puts some spice back in that shitburger

That took no real evaluation or skill, just a little persuasion. That couldn’t have been too hard either seeing as they’re both members of the all-time great QB fraternity.

I’m not gonna dig up the posts here about the signing of Manning when it occurred, but you and I both know what they said.

Of course, the reason they won the Super Bowl two years ago was because of a historically good defense, but I suppose that happened by accident.

Again, they still don’t win it without Manning. Manning saved them the division (and a bye) and played well enough to win in the playoffs/SB.

Also, Ware/Talib/Ward don’t come at a discount without Manning either.

Elway won that SB with big free agent additions. It worked once, but it’s not a sustainable/likely way to build a contender. Now that he’s having to do it through the draft like everybody else, he’s struggling mightily.

Manning went to Denver because he knew they had better drugs. And he got to be worshipped by Elway. Nothing strokes the ego of a top quarterback like getting slobbered over by another historic quarterback

Manning went to Denver because he wanted a team that he could control. As soon as he walked into Elway's office and found him slumped over the desk with a bottle of scotch in one hand, he knew that he's found the right place. From there, it was just a matter of bringing in his preferred free agents.
