Agreed. That's why I have to get my RBs early this year. There's no sleeper RB that stands out this year and the receiver depth is plenty.

Might need to work a trade to move back in the 1st, opening up some options in the 2nd. |

People are really sleeping on Shady McCoy this year. I was able to get him 14th overall in one league.

The last mock I did went RB from pick 1-14 before Megatron went at 15 and Rodgers at 16. |

As much as I like this guy and think he'll be a good player in the league, LeVeon freakin Bell has been coming off the board in the 3rd round.
That's how insane people are for RBs this year. One reason why I really wanted the auction, so I wouldn't have to cripple my strategy to avoid being short at RB. As a result, you're going to have teams loading up on RBs, then getting whatever remaining QBs and WRs are left over. The quality ones will be obtained entirely based on draft position. Pretty boring year in FF. There are going to be so many cookie cutter teams, and the team that comes out on top is probably going to be the one that gets the luckiest. |

I really like Montee Ball too.
I've talked with some people who are intending on taking him super early too. |

I play in a league with no flex and 14 roster spots. Can't stockpile positions in that format, without crippling yourself somewhere else. I'm thinking flex and 5 bench spots. |

Wow. I just did my first mock of the year and I'm floored at how atrocious the RB's are this year. LOL. I suppose I'm pretty lucky in the fact that I have pick number 2 in a 12 man snake draft; so I'll get a stud RB1. And it's a keeper league so I suppose I'm holding onto Sproles for a 7th rounder. But, my flex and RB3 will probably have to be some hot garbage.
****ing Leveon Bell and Lamar Miller in the 3rd round. ****. Me. |

Should I keep Doug Martin for a 4th rounder then? Right now I'm keeping Kaepernick for a 16th rounder.

I would keep Martin over Kaepernick for sure. Martin will be a top 4 pick in most every league and have seen him go 2 in numerous mocks. QB is much deeper than RB this year. I have been drafting Stafford in the seventh in many mocks and I feel Romo is undervalued going in the 8-9 range as well.

Danario Alexander and Jordy Nelson hurt. Geez.
Cobb (especially) and James Jones with tremendous value. And maybe even (EEK!) Jermichael Finley. |

I like Ahmad Bradshaw, now with the Colts as a nice sleeper. He probably won't start the season. But I like him to put up some decent #'s by seasons end.

I'm in a 14 team league that's been going for over a decade. It's not keeper or anything but draft order is reverse standings from the prior year.
The participants as a whole wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy overvalue QBs so I expect 10 QBs to go in the first round (insane, I know). Depending on how things shake out I'm thinking I'll either select 2 RBs off the bat at #13 and #16 or a QB/RB at #13/#16. I'm pretty sure the guy who has #14 & #15 will select a QB & RB. By the end of round 4 I'd like to have a QB, 1 or 2 RB, 1 TE (Jimmy Graham), and maybe a WR (but prob RB #2).
