Early Afternoon Bullshit: Who's planning to attend the playoff game?

Granted, nothing is set in stone yet as far as positioning is concerned, but who's thinking of making a trip to see the Wild Card game?

Per cdcox, we're around 96% to end up the 5th seed, and Indy is 88% to finish as the 4th seed. I've already booked a room in both Indy and Cincinnati, just to make sure I'm covered - and to get something booked before prices rise even further.

After doing some research, you can plan on spending a pretty penny in Indy - downtown hotels are obnoxiously expensive - $150 and up for Saturday night. Only way to stay cheap is to stay 6-7 miles away out by the airport and drive in on gameday. Cincinnati is cheaper, but downtown options are pretty limited.

So - who's going?

**** it. I'm still going.

I'd feel a lot more confident if we play Indy. I think Cincinnati would destroy us.

I've been a fan of this franchise for over 30 years, and have never witnessed a playoff win in person, and obviously haven't seen one in any capacity in 20 years. As we all know, these opportunities don't come around often. Go when you can - who knows when you'll get to see another one live and in person.

I'd be ****ing disgusted with myself if we won and I had the chance to be there and passed.
According to milkman, you should expect a playoff win at least every 18 years. As every team has experienced that.....

For anyone that's interested, Colts playoff tickets go on sale on Monday at 10 am. I guess they're waiting until they know when it is, and since they have a slim chance at the 2 seed and a bye, they're waiting until after week 17 plays out. Anyone have any experience with this? I need 3 tickets and I didn't know my odds of getting them straight through the Colts or if there will be hardly any left to sell this way for them. I'm looking for some lower level seats and I'll likely just go through the secondary market if that's what it takes, unless they're ridiculously overpriced.

Don't know what to expect on Monday, but I have an index card full of listings on Ebay and through brokers that I'll be using if I can't get anything good at face value.

Based on what I've seen so far, there's a 50-100% markup on most lower level seats - anything lower level between the 30's is considered "club" and the FV on those seats is over $300. Most of those seats are currently priced between $400-500 on the secondary market.

Yeah that's about what I've been seeing too. I found some decently priced tickets through various sites and I'm starting to lean toward something just outside of the club level on the chiefs sideline on the 100 level. But I'd be willing to look at the end zones and corners too or the 200 level sideline tickets if the price is right. I'm not too optimistic that I'll be able to pull any right through the Colts. My Hail Mary is that my mom's best friend's son married a Colts cheerleader that was with them for 8 years, this being her first since leaving Indy, so I'm trying to see if there's any kind of connections there too.

If we get good enough seats and some potential TV time, I'm thinking of having a couple of these made:

Now I am starting to sweat a little as Cincy can still get the bye, Indy could as well.
Good for you ! I hope we win .

How much will tickets cost to this thing? Think I can get a decent ticket up in the upper section for $125?

Does anyone know what the game scheduling is for Saturday and Sunday?

I feel like they usually have a 1-4 then 4:30-8 game one day and a 4-7:30 then 8-whenever game on the other day. I think Saturday is the 4-7:30 then 8-whenever game; can anyone confirm?
