Actually cook the egg(s) first (scrambled) then cook and at the end when you mix your spices, mix the eggs in too.
Pour most of the water out before adding spices. mmm mmm good. Lived off this stuff all through college and a little afterwards. |

Another good way to make them is to boil them in Bacardi 151. When they are done cooking, discard all the noodles, and drink the remaining alcohol.
