Who are your surprise picks to make the "right 53" ?
http://www.kcchiefs.com/team/roster.html
I'll go with: Josh Bellamy the WR from Louisville. Brandon Bair though I don't think that would be a big surprise. Tim Biere was an underrated tight end at KU and it sounds like he's been playing both tight end and fullback in OTA's. Maybe a Chris Cooley type? Who ya got? |

I don't see how a nobody WR makes the team with the current group of WR's we have. Unless we carry 6, Bellamy doesn't stand a chance.
I like the idea of Neiko Thorpe making it. |

as much as i like some of these nobody WRs like Bill Bellemy and Ernest Hemmingway or whatever their names are, that is one position we have very little wiggle room to make space for
Bowe Baldwin McCluster takes a spot here? I mean they're not going to slot him at RB, they will surely give that to Cyrus Gray. Breaston Wylie and nobody is beating out big dick Terrence Copper. Fat chance. Special Teams King. |

I could see Thorpe possibly making it. Can he play special teams? We have at Safety: Lewis Elam Daniels and of course |

Probably no surprises.

Surprises? I thought this team was stacked to make a Super Bowl run, sans QB. Surely there are no other holes to fill on a 7-9 team.

I wanna see the trick shot QB make it. I don't know how that type of accuracy translates on the field for him, but damn, that is some accurate throwing.

I like Thorpe enough that I drafted him in the cp mock.
Like others here, I think he makes the team. If we get struck by another injury tornado, we will be glad he does. |

Travis Daniels played safety out of necessity in minicamp. He'll continue to be there as a reserve, but his main use to the team is as a backup to Flowers or Routt.
We will keep four safeties not including Daniels |
