By the way, it's not called "the slim" It's just the PS3.

You can use the HD size, or the bundle name. Soon, the shiny ones will be completely gone from stores, and the Gig size will be the only differentiator, as it was before with the 20G, 60G, 40G, 80G and 160G.

According to this, the new PS3 will not allow a different OS to be installed (Linux, etc.)

Well I have a 250 GB PS3, and nobody will believe me, and I'm not about to call my PS3 an "Old PS3," and I don't think anyone else will either. I think PS3 Slim is going to stick. Also wasn't the slim version of the PS2 also called the PS Slim?

Not sure if the PS2 was called sim officially, I know for sure that this should be called the PS3. Shiny was called the PlayStation 3.

I'm just saying that you are telling people not to "Call It" the PS3 Slim, but thats the easiest way to differentiate the 2 different looks.

Thoughts on MAG

- Good, not great graphics. I was surprised it wasn't as cluttered as I thought it would be, after watching the gameplay videos.
- Good, intuitive interface.
-AWESOME sound. The sound was very immersive and realistic for an FPS.
-Didn't like playing it because like ALL console FPS's, the aiming controls SUCK ASS. So, as far as controls, I have no frame of reference.
