Chiefs set to sign OG Paul Fanaika

The Chiefs are set to sign OG Paul Fanaika to a 3-year deal, according to a source. The 6-5, 327-pound Fanaika recently with Cardinals.

I'm not disagreeing with what you're saying here. I'm contending, he's sees a weakness and is attempting to address it with a solid player. Again, we won't be going after a bunch of Pro Bowlers in FA because it's not wise to do so. We need some FAs, that won't break the bank, but still could improve the position.

He can pickup stunts at an acceptable level. Fanaika has the right attitude and is serviceable.

If he can pick up stunts, he's ten times better than McGlynn. That guy was completely lost when DLs ran twists and other line stunts. They just blew right past him.

We will probably draft a starter to play in front of this guy.

What's your purpose here? If your intent is to sound quirky and draw unnecessary attention upon yourself, then you succeeded. Everybody here knows you don't like anything KC related. Your point has been made in 95% of your posts. But, your becoming redundant and add nothing relevant to any conversation.

He learned it from Ted Thompson in Green Bay.

Sean Smith,Fasano and Maclin etc are the exception to the Ted Thompson way, not the norm.

No, last year he assembled an OL out of guys who were already on the roster.

We just got ****ed with a season-ending injury and a suspension, and then decided the garbage laying in the street was better than guys like Rishaw Johnson and Ricky Henry, which I still don't ****ing understand to this day. How do you look at McGlynn play that poorly and say, "those guys who did very well against 2nd stringers in preseason? Not worth it."

Anyway, NOW Dorsey at least won't have to scrounge for Ryan Harris and Mike McGlynn if injuries strike us again.

I'm glad to see some new blood on the O-Line after last year. I commend Dorsey for attempting to get better at area of weakness.
