How many and/or who do you have on ignore?
I'm curious to see how many people use this feature and to what extent.

I've only really bumped heads with a few folks in all my time here, but I've never considered putting anyone on ignore. You'd miss out on part of the conversation. A conversation that you were obviously interested enough in to get in there and read....so IMO I don't think it makes much sense. And....just because you don't particularly care for someone doesn't mean they might not....at some point in time....possibly....say something meaningful!

So....waddaya got?

I used to think it was some kind of badge of honor that I didn't need to ignore anyone. I only had a single poster on ignore for years. And it wasn't even based on interactions I had with them, it was just an annoying posting style.

Then this year I realized how frequently I was making the same comments to people about the stupidity of the things they post and how they conduct themselves. I decided to start ignoring them instead. I can't make people stop being idiotic children, but I can filter the amount of it I'm exposed to.
