This is why I'm not voting in any more of these,when James Cagney(Tom Powers) in Public Enemy can only manage 12 votes it tells me most the other people voting don't have a clue on classic films.I know it's for fun and I hate to rain on the parade but damn,Powers was truly a classic villain for the era that the film was released.
