So the kid Bryce Masters has been brought out of his medically induced coma after he was tased in the chest and suffered cardiac arrest.

So to readdress the situation in Cliff's

Traffic stop for warrant on owner vehicle.

Kid was not owner of vehicle.

Cop says roll down window.

Window is broken. Won't roll down.

Things are in dispute from there. Officer says he resisted. Witnesses say he did not.

Cop tases. Kid has cardiac arrest. Hits ground. Has seizure. Cop calls ambulance but offers no medical aid other than rolling him over so the kid doesn't aspirate and die and then puts hit foot in the kid's back in a very thoughtful display of victory. A nice touch by the officer.

DOJ inquiry.

Kid may be damaged.

So on.

So forth.

I haven't studied this case, but it doesn't look good for the 3 year veteran cop to this point.
