ED Reed's brother missing after jumping into river evading police?

I hope this isn't a re-post.

While I hope this guy is ok, I do not feel sorry for him whatsoever. The only people I feel sorry for is his family who have to deal with his actions. I will keep praying for him until I find out it is officially time to start praying for his family (should that be the case).
Interesting way to pray.

It's cool that you have some sense of washed up morality. I respect that. Nobody in the Reed family is going to read these comments, and shaming people on the internet for something as harmless as this is wasting your time.

I don't think there's one person on this thread who doesn't sincerely hope that the guy is still alive. That's all that matters.

I don't disagree, but I think there's a bit of a "Darwin award" effect going on here. I really hope the guy turns out OK. (After all, he was trying NOT to be found by the cops.) But at the same time, it's hard to feel sorry for a guy who decided to jump into a large, cold river while running from the police and driving in a stolen car.

On a side note, how the hell does a sibling of an NFL star end up driving a stolen car? C'mon Ed, your bro deserves a Corolla or something.

Well, the chance of hypothermia would be dramatically reduced, so to some extent, yes.

Oh I understand, it isn't him that I feel sorry for as much as I do the family and if his family were to read this...

Seems like he'd have plenty and wouldn't have to be doing stupid shit like this, but that's not always the case this kinda reminds me of Mike and Marcus Vick. I saw something were Mike said he'd give Marcus anything he asked for and Marcus still went out and just did bullshit over and over again. Some people are just flat out head cases.
